As a Freight Back Office Executive at Pragmatic Core, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the data input through client-specific ERP systems, timely correspondence with the client, managing and coordinating to obtain relevant documentation, and coordination with the freight operations department for shipments to be processed as smoothly as possible, optimizing processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Outline:
- Days: 6 days a week (Mon-Fri)
- Probationary Period: 3 months
- Working Hours: UK Standard Working Hours (Adaptive to Day Light Saving)
Requirements:
- Residence: Proof of residence within Bahria Town Karachi
- Education: A-levels (GEC)
- English Conversational Proficiency: IELTS 7.5 equivalent or above.
Responsibilities
- Gain an understanding of client-specific ERP systems. (Training will be provided)
- You will be responsible for properly maintaining all records, data, and files.
- You will correspond and coordinate with clients through e-mail and telecom.
- You will be responsible for resolving any issues or queries faced by the client.
- You will process data on online, offline, and cloud portals.
- You will be responsible to modify and convert data files as needed through the processes.
- You will maintain a proactive and time-effective approach.
- You will not be restricted/stationed to a particular client or its function.
- You will be responsible for accurate data input.
- You will be responsible for scrutinizing data throughout the system and making sure quality improvement procedures are implemented as instructed.
- You will adapt to the updated working methodology.
- You will undertake tasks assigned out of the specified scope of work, this may be research, training, or mentoring.
- You will assist the hierarchy in delivering proficient service that caters to client-specific needs.
- You will lead your team members and contribute to resolutions
- You shall be prepared for a flexible work routine to adjust and adapt to the workload through the season.
- You will be responsible for completing projects assigned by HR for the Human Development program.
- Achieve growth key performance indicators (KPIs) issued by HR.
- Compete weekly learning objectives.

Salary and Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: Pkr.45,000/- – Pkr. 55,000/-.
